Do not buy from this company they are fraudulent in their Advertising claiming their shoes and sandals are genuine leather when they are not. Making false claims regarding their shoes. Impossible to get your full refund. Claiming free return when it is not. I purchased a pair of sandals for £29 found exact ones on Shein for £5.65. The only positive is they respond to Your emails but you won’t get the results you want. I paid £79 For absolute rubbish that failed the description Act and can’t be worn.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SHOES ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not describing their shoes honestly. They are saying they are genuine leather when they are not, they are claiming they are orthopaedic which I question. The shoes/sandals are cheap and poorly made, yet charging an average £30 a pair, not worth buying. DO NOT PURCHASE THEM. you will be extremely disappointed, I purchased 3 pairs, only 1 is passable due to incorrect sizing and poor quality. THEY ADVERTISE THEM AS LEATHER, THEY ARE NOT. A REFUND WAS OFFERD IF I DAMAGE THE SHOES AND SHOW EVIDENCE. I reported this practice as unethical. They have now offered a 50% refund and I keep the shoes which are no good to me so will give to charity, either solution is unsatisfactory, unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before ordering. I requested a refund. As for refunds they claim free return and free postage, that is not true either, they tell you straight to go to Royal Mail and you are responsible for postage, scam company,
