The recipes are tasty and generally easy to prepare. I prefer the oven roasted entrees compared to the stove top prepared because there is too much aerosolized oil and it coats every thing in the kitchen! A major complaint is how you present the recipe instructions…in paragraph form, they are difficult to track when cooking. I would prefer a vertical listing of ingredients and the assembly directions parallel on the right hand side to that…the old fashioned way a listing a recipe.
