There seemed to be some confusion between departments
I got a good price and I can't complain about the service. There was clearly some communication breakdown however between departments which delayed my order. I received an email stating it would be nearly a month before it would ship. "Not satisfactory" I responded at which time they called and we got things straightened out, but my order was delayed about a week because of it. I was hoping it would ship within 2-5 business days as stated... it didn't happen.
