After sale service is awful at best. Our first time using them under the one year warranty cost us THREE MONTHS of Waiting, and it was returned with a serious problem. This year we took it in under the extended warranty, we purchased at the time of sale. It has been 34 days and NOT repaired yet. Communication is lacking and is only slightly better than their planning, for example 6 days ago they were waiting for a price on RF hub now they are waiting for a price on a seat belt 6 days latter!!
My advice RUN don't WALK away from this dealership.

Great Service Overall
Very large selection of items possible from the inventory. There were no parts missing, great service overall. The delivery time was a little longer than expected, therefore only for stars. Still, can‘t complain about the service!
This time last year, we ordered a $1300 splendid washer/dryer from American RV Co. We were very excited to have the new unit however, it arrived completely broken & unfunctional (dropped in transport). We contacted American RV after opening it and finding this bad news. Initially it seemed like they'd help us out, but somewhere a month later they started blaming us for the damage and not their freight company or FedEx. After a years worth of emails and phone calls back and forth, we end up with a broken washer/dryer and out of $1300.
I am disappointed and learned that big companies do not always care about their customers.

Worried about the possibility of this happening, we explain in our shipping confirmation email (prior to delivery) the following statement;
"Important Notice regarding LTL / Freight Truck Deliveries. PLEASE READ!
If your order is being delivered by truck, you must inspect your goods, including damage inside the package, before signing. If the driver will not allow for the time, note "driver would not allow inspection at delivery, subject to inspection" near your signature. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for any damage including hidden damage if not noted at the time of delivery..." "...Please know we are here for you if you have any questions, please call 626.513.4777 or simply reply to this email. Thank you again for your business."
We also attached multiple copies of the following statement to the shipment itself;
"Inspect for damage including hidden damage and be sure to count all pieces prior to signing for this shipment. Damage/hidden damage & missing item claims will not be honored unless noted @ the time of receipt"
We are very sorry that this happened, as you can see we do everything we can to avoid these scenarios. Because it was signed for by the receiver in apparent good order, the freight company will not reimburse either of us after many tries.
Regardless of all these facts, we still understand your disappointment. This is a very unusual experience that we will learn from, in order to be better moving forward.

Missing parts
The package on one of the items was already opened and the screws were missing. I used the screws off the old one, complained to the company and they apologized and said they would resolve the issue. Site has a lot of hard to find items, but they are a little pricey. Of course, that's not entirely their fault. Some of their suppliers (like Dometic) are pretty proud of their stuff......Overall good experience with the company. Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the part issue should have never happened.

Ordered an awning & an arm. Both came quickly and in good condition. Sales staff when I ordered were awesome. Web site is difficult to navigate and know exactly what you are ordering is what you really want. ie: the arm I ordered was too long, but not a problem, I could shorten it.
The only thing that was really off on this order was I ordered a 15' awning, what I got was 14'6". Six inches too short, but will work.
