I had multiple of one large item, so I had to call and get the shipping worked out. They were friendly and quickly determined the right shipping costs. I got the product as promised, when promised, and it was exactly what I was looking for. That is the combination I look for in an online retailer.
I was trying to save money bought a used water heater that I drove 2 hours away from my home my son installed it would only get warm not even warm enough to shower ordered the brand new one after checking prices yours was the cheapest ordered it and received it when promised it works great and I now have plenty hot water
Great customer service and good people to deal with. American RV had what I needed in stock, a Dometic refrigerator,
Very quick delivery to New Zealand, about seven days from ordering. Plugged in and fired up straight away. Hot water now. Wife happy.
Thank you for going above and beyond
Courteous, knowledgeable, and knew what they were talking about. No BS!!!!!
Saved a lot of money. DIY Replaced everything electrical on the heater for $100.00. Works great now. Could have better tracking but got parts quickly.
i was searching for a particular charger all day and they were the only company to actually look and locate one and get it sent
The price was comparable to two of the local RV part retailers who did not have it in stock, and less than one half of a third dealer. The part I ordered shipped the same day (Friday) and i received it on Tuesday. I will use ARVC next time I need an RV part.
I am particularly impressed by the customer service.
There was a delay in getting the part that was out of their control and I was kept informed of the process.
Purchased an LP monitor it works great
hope to do business with you, because i can count on for fast prompt service.
Very simple, very timely experience quality parts overall great experience from start to finish
Thanks for helping me with the part I needed. Fast shipping. If I need anything else I will call you first. Thanks
I made a purchase online for the first time and received a better price, better service and received my order quicker than ordering from Amazon, And they also follow up, unheard of today!
Good selections and prices. Quick delivery.
Quick, easy and helpful.
I have purchased multiple items from American RV the past year. Their inventory selection is very large. Note Beware their weekend website pricing may not hold true the following Monday. I was told they do price updates on Monday and the presented Sunday dated website printout price would not be honored because they increased the price before I arrived to their facility mid-morning Monday.
Item as described on wen site, for a good price and was delivered quickly.
