I ordered one small part which cost less than the shipping. After I received the part and questioned the shipping being more than the part cost. I received a call and Email from the company offering to discount the shipping cost. There was no option for shipping less than standard shipping cost. Once they realized my concern they discounted the shipping cost. I got the correct part on the first try and excellent customer service after the sale. Thanks American RV Company

Had been keeping an eye open for the best price for the WFCO power converter 6800 for a while now as i knew i would be needing one as soon as camp reopens. American RV had been showing the best price around so i bit the bullet and ordered from American RV not ever ordering from them before. I was very pleased with the whole ordering process, they had the item in stock, emailed me the next day saying the item had been shipped and i rec'd the item 4 days later which i thought was fantastic considering this was delivered on the day before Christmas. I will be ordering from American RV again., Thank You

Needed discontinued oven door hinges. They shared their resources for phone numbers of manufacturers and when we got a part number of a current part that would substitute, courteously took care of my order.

heater in the 5th wheel went in middle of winter needed the motor wheel asap and ordered it and received it w/ 2 day shipping , installed it and back working nicely .

Got the Right Part at a Fair Price but Very Late
I needed a new Impeller for my Thetford Sani-con macerartor pump. American RV had the right part at a price better than Thetford and were only about 90 miles away. They popped the part in the courier quickly, but unfortunately and oddly the courier (FedEx or UPS, I forgot which) dumped off the part with USPS. The hand-off and eventual delivery, the last 5 miles, took twice as long as the journey from the supplier and I did not get the part in time to fix the system before guests arrived for Christmas, which was a Major Pain. (had to send people out to the campsite washroom). (4 days later than the supplier/courier had projected) Anyway, the part is in now and appears to work.
Great company to do business with!
All items that I ordered were exactly as advertised and were delivered as promise. Can't do better than that.
