We replaced the fridge in our Roadtrek. We were notified when the parts arrived set an installation date and everything worked as planned. There was a hitch with the installation , not their fault, causing extra labor time. That wasn't cheap. But the work was done well as as of this date everything is working fine. Thank you!

I chose American RV to purchase and install a Blue Ox towing system for my tow car. The representatives went above and beyond to ensure I purchased the correct parts, the installation was flawless and the service tech was thorough in his demonstration on how to correctly use the tow system which included a remote braking system. Fast Service and shipping and great replacement toilet
I ordered a replacement aqua magic toilet for my Winnebago I received the toilet within 3 days of ordering and it fit perfect except for the water hook up was a little difficult to match up since I have a 1990 Winnebago. I had asked them to verify my purchase that the part would fit my furnace, they not only contacted me and made me aware that one of the parts where ordered incorrect but then help me find the right part that was slightly more expensive but did not charge me any more. I am very happy with this company and definitely, plan on using them again. The shipping for my toilet was under ten dollars and it was coming all the way from California! I was nervous about it possibly getting broken but they had it packed so well in the box there is no way it could have! They give you a tracking number to follow the process. It even arrived one day early. I also appreciate that they sent a follow-up letter. Great company! I highly recommend them!
