I was looking for a ignition board for my refrigerator and found it on American RV Company. It was the best price I had found on the internet. When I placed the order it was sent out right a way. And the best part was when I installed it in my refrigerator it worked! I'm cooling with gas. Good job American RV Company!

Best RV parts company Ever!!!
This company is fantastic. I had to replace my Atwood Furnace in my classA MH. I called Atwood directly to find out what furnace I needed since my old one was no longer made. Atwood gave me the information I needed but said I'd have to get it from a dealer. I asked about dealers they do a lot of business with and AmericanRV Company was one of several they mentioned. I then went shopping for prices and customer satisfaction and found AmericanRV Company had great prices, great reputation for service and shipping so I placed my order. This is when I became impressed with this company. Within two hours of placing my order a company representative called me to make sure I was getting everything I needed. After talking with this very knowledgeable person I learned I needed a couple more parts to make the conversion and added that to my order. They then sent emails keeping me posted on the order progress and shipping. Once my order arrived, in perfect condition I started replacing my furnace myself. Thank goodness for American RV Company because if they hadn't called me I would have had a big hole in the side of my MH until I figured out those two other parts they told me I needed. So smooth because of this & the new furnace works perfectly. Thank you American RV Company you are now my first place to look for all future RV needs!!! One very satisfied customer
First time Canadian buyer
I came across ARV while searching for new skylights for my trailer. I was having a hard time finding what I wanted but ARV had exactly what I was looking for, at a reasonable price. Shipping to Canada is never cheap for larger items but ARV provided a more than reasonable price for the order. In fact it ended up being a quarter of any other quotes I received and it arrived in less than a week from placing the order. I had to make an inquiry by phone and had my question answered by a very knowledgeable and polite person, a rarity these days. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone needing anything camping.

Friendly, helpful, polite, patient customer service people
The whole experience was great. The customer service person was really helpful and polite. Listened and was able to home in on the part that I needed to repair our RV water heater. The part was delivered a little slower than what I liked due to the weekend but under a normal time frame would have been delivered more timely.
Norcold drip tray replacement
Neede to replace the interior drip tray for our Norcold 2 door frige. Ordering was very easy on the web site and part arrived sooner than anticipated. New part is working well.
