BAD WATER HEATER
PARTS PRICE WAS LOW AND PARTS DELIVERY FROM CAL TO FLA WAS VERY GOOD, WORKED GREAT AND NOW I HAVE PROPAIN ON MY TRAILER.

Just what I needed at cheapest price!
My converter/charger died! Then not knowin the problem, my battery died! NO LIGHTS, chirping propane monitor and a cranky fridge....not good! Locally I could have bought my part and paid nearly THREE TIMES MORE, but found it here exact same unit brand new and bench tested for quality, at a third of the price! Shipping was free, so I didn't even have to go pick it up! Three days and 30 minutes of installation and.....PRESTO, I got lights no chirps and a happy refrigerator! Thanks American RV, you made things as easy as pie!
There seemed to be some confusion between departments
I got a good price and I can't complain about the service. There was clearly some communication breakdown however between departments which delayed my order. I received an email stating it would be nearly a month before it would ship. "Not satisfactory" I responded at which time they called and we got things straightened out, but my order was delayed about a week because of it. I was hoping it would ship within 2-5 business days as stated... it didn't happen.

Excellent new TV
I bought a new Jensen 19" AC/DC TV as a replacement. The TV has an excellent picture and works fine. The price was competitive .
