My part arrived early, packed well,and came with information for installation and use, even though I had misdiagnosed the problem, now I have a spare.
I received just what I ordered,in good time and in perfect condition. The part came with suggestions for further diagnosis which I did use because I did misdiagnose the problem. Wit this information not pinpointing the problem, it left just one other possibility. In the end, problem fixed. It was only a matter of time til this part failed anyway. NOW I have a spare and will lose no time waiting n parts when this new one eventually does fail.

While we do stock almost every item we sell, we had a run on this particular item. We wrote to you immediately explaining the lead time, but you did not respond. We would have proceeded however you wished, which could have included a 100% refund so you could have made your purchase elsewhere. We never did hear from you, so we kept your order open and filled it accordingly and in good faith. Our checkout page does state we charge at time of order. I see that you selected the economy 5-10 day transit time shipping method but offer other shipping methods for your needs. Your order shipped 8 days sooner than expected from the estimated lead time.
