Worried about not getting my order
I was on Facebook where I saw the Rosegal ad. Something had caught my attention for a Christmas gift for my niece, so I went to the website. I purchased the gift and also 2 things for myself. The money was taken from my account immediately, yet there was no tracking information from a delivery service for a few days. It was just before Thanksgiving so I thought maybe it was bc of the holiday. Anyways, I've gotten now like 5 emails with different tracking numbers using different services. I thought that was odd. I contacted customer support though the chat - the answer was not reassuring and then I called the phone number provided. When I called, it said the number no longer is being used and then provided me with a different number. The woman was nice on the other line, however I could barely hear her and I feel like the answer given to me wasn't very reassuring. I then read other people's reviews and now here I am wondering that I'll be screwed out of $50 bucks.... hopefully, my order will come.
