★☆☆☆☆ | Absolute disaster—greedy company and broken service Despite raking in billions from millions of customers worldwide and constantly hiking their subscription prices, Netflix provides a completely broken service. It is a daily headache. Every single time I log in, I encounter a new issue that forces me to sign out, reset, or troubleshoot. Right now, it is nearly 1:00 AM, and instead of letting me relax, the service is failing and interrogating me with endless security or system questions. If there were a zero-star option, I would give it. This company only cares about money, not their users. I am officially canceling my account tomorrow morning.
