Terrible
Taken two subscription payments of £39 from my account months apart but have never used them, only enquired for my daughter and no phone number to call and ask them to stop taking money and refund me. After looking into this further have seen they have been collecting payments from my account for months! Their hello email says they don't have my email address registered (no surprise as not used the service) but told me to log on to disconnect (how with no account/email attached?) and they can't speak on the phone. So how do I remove my card details with you?
