Great product with a few communication ‘stumbles’
At first, when a critical message was sent to me from JJ’s House, pertaining to my custom order, they called it sending me “a ticket”. Therefore, I didn’t respond as quickly as I could have after thinking that the message was just a sales promo and not an important email. Perhaps better wording should be considered to alleviate any future problems. Other than that “glitch”, service, professionalism as well as the finished product were top notch!
