Buyer beware new PV Panels not compatible with previous
Bluetti UK removed my review on the Bluetti UK website warning buyers the PV200 and PV200d are not compatible, beware they apparently do not want you to know. I only explained what the issue is so people do not end up buying a panel not compatible with their previous purchase. Customer service is like talking to a brick wall. They either don't understand or do not wish to understand that if you bring out a new version of a product , in this case the PV200D that is not compatible with the previous ( The PV200) which charges at a higher voltage that you automatically make the previous panel obsolete as you can not use both panels to charge one of your bluetti powerbanks( in my case a AC200max). Offcourse this is not mentioned on their sales page. So you find out after the fact. So had to buy a second new PV200D and who knows what I am supposed to do with the original PV200 , bought for full price of £499 in2022, that is now useless. No accommodation offered, no discount on future purchase offered ,no apology or acknowledgement just stalling and platitudes. Extremely disappointed in Bluetti customer service
