Growatt Battery Fault
The company requires to employ other engineers rather than only one covering Scotland & Ireland! Lingxuan was pleasant, and efficiently resolved the battery issue. The online and WhatsApp contact was efficient, however, I had to wait for over a month until Lingxuan was available. Meanwhile, my solar energy was going straight to the grid and my electricity bill increased during the wait, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
