Rail Ninja and absolute rip off
Absolute rip off! Just discovered too late, they don't give refunds and they know why... A train ticket that costs € 28 on other platforms like Omio, Rail Ninja have to audacity to charge € 53!!! So € 25 into their own pocket a commission of almost 100%! For what exactly?? I own a travel company and the normal commission is maximum 20%! They have got one thing right though, they manage to come up first on Google - and I also fell for it. Please guys, check alternatives first like Omio, before you also fall prey to this outrageous ripp off! Never again Rail Ninja and all our guests and network have been warned. Please do the same!
