Super easy and great communication
While purchasing a new laptop at Costco, I was provided a receipt sharing about trading-in my old laptop with Phobio (QR code provided) to receive a Costco cash card. After comparing the trade-in quote amounts with other places, I decided to give it a try. After filling out the questions online, I was given a QR code for mailing it in. I took my laptop and apple watch to a nearby Staples (location I selected) for them to package up and send in. From there, I received emails/texts updating me on the devices and the process. I received alerts all along the way: when the devices were received, inspected, the inspection results, and when the trade-in value quote was determined. Lastly, an email arrived from Costco with the digital card to use at the store. It was super slick, efficient and amazing communication all along the way. The trade-in amounts were the same as if I had taken them to the Apple store for a trade-in and this was much easier than navigating the Apple store, in my opinion.
