Tracking Number Not Found?
I placed my order over a month ago and I still have not received my package. I would be a little more at ease if the tracking number I received worked on any of the package tracking sites I searched. I even went as far as contacting DHL themselves yesterday and they couldn't identify my package either because the number I received for my order was not found. It might have been a communication misunderstanding, but when I contacted PinkyParadise last week I received a seemingly harsh email with the exact tracking number that does not work on DHL's website with it's last recorded update being a month old. I feel a bit cheated too because PinkyParadise never asked me anything about any medical prescriptions. I am a little disappointed to say the least because I was so excited to be ordering from this site. I hope everything can be resolved soon.
