i made multiple purchases. so far when it was marked out for delivery it would arrive within the day or two. then the nonsense started, claimed no one was there to receive, worse of all, as of today it felt like your driver deliberately not delivering my parcels, all 5 were marked out for delivery one was since 12th November and it is now 16th November, enquiries were copy paste answers, worse is investigating plus investigating days after days but no follow up, i want my purchases, not refund and reorder, some sellers wouldn't even want to accept my reorder worried that it will go missing round two and i ended up not able to purchase the item. your logistics has serious issues and your drivers has issues. i'm quite done with shopee, my 6th order which cost me $200 if goes missing i will never ever buy from your platform again. and indeed i was ghosted multiple times, as the customer service agents were quite powerless in taking any actions. despite giving answers suddenly at 3am and said my parcels are on the way but still as now the time of my edit 17th November 15:40 i haven't seen my parcels, one of it already passed its delivery date reedit: soulreaperd3 orderid: 221106ARK46DSW expired delivery time out for delivery since 12th still missing as of now.(parcel refunded on17th probably lost it) 🤦♂️💢 2211035FHNT1K6 out for delivery since 14th (received at 16th 18:50)☑️ 221105A93CRGUT out for delivery since 14th received at 16th 18:50)☑️ 221108GEQEHN0T out for delivery to collection point since 14th💢 and still nowhere to be seen 221110NVCTYQ69 out for delivery since 15th but bizarrely this one was delivered today 16th at 16:10.☑️ so what happened to the rest that went out for delivery earlier? still the review will be updated as and when i received the parcels. my 6th parcel was to be delivered 17th, "expedited " due to delay, was advised to extend guarante but i already did and that was the delayed delivery date SG227415878905J (purchased on 3rd November, arrived in Singapore 17th November)❓⁉️ still sitting in delivery hub 18th despite "expedited"
