As far as the last two years dealing with compasia (two selling, and two buying devices from them) I've had no issues. Rather, exceptionally great service from them from my recent purchase of a S22 which they upgraded to S22 Ultra at no cost (due to stock issue). Not sure if I'm just a rare case but their consistent manner to provide me good service says something.
