Hi had an issue with a dress I bought and placed a query for returning the item. It took me a while to work out the whole ticket thing (which is their way of communicating with you! the resolution to my issue was lovely they asked me to donate the item to charity :) how kind? and refunded me my money either to my account or my bank, my choice. The item itself was lovely just a shame it had a mark on it, possible inconsistency in the dye or marked elsewhere in the process of production. All round not a bad experience. I would make future purchases now I understand the process.
