It Is A Toss-up 50/50
I have ordered 4x... 2 orders came quicky, meeting delivery timeline quotes. I then ordered a huge order for Christmas - in September. Now, January 12, I not only don't have the big order, but the next week's order has not arrived either. Good news - is that they did refund me after I petitioned them. They are resellers, so I can't fully blame them... it is the supplier who is at fault. However, vetting of the suppliers IS their job, so they need to do a better job there.. I ordered from Ali (I order weekly), and while had a few delays there as well due to "high season Christmas", usually get items "on time"
