Extremely late
I orordered these contacts on the 8th of December so that I could wear them with my cosplay for a con on January 12th. I ordered them with plenty of time seeing as the shipping said it would take 14-26 business days. As the con was approaching I emailed the company asking about my order and the time frame I needed it by. They sent me an email back and told me that it was a delay because of the holiday and said it should be here the friday after the con. They then said if it wasn't there by friday then I can contact them. They basically didn't do anything about it to help or understand the time frame that I had to have them by. It is now past their "expected arrival" date of that friday and I have still yet to receive them. It will now be pointless to get the contacts considering the con has already ended. Not happy with this company at all, especially with their lack of customer service.
