Abandoned. Shame on you
Originally The customer service agents were above reproach, they were professional, considerate and knowledgeable. The rail company changed the schedule at the 11th hour and our trip increased from 4.5 hours to 7.5 hours, NO OPTIONS available to us, other than this increase. I was extremely disappointed, there was no explanation as to why this happened. However this is not the fault of the customer service agents and we will still take the trip. I paid for first price tickets but it doesn't look like we are in first class, I will update once we have taken our trip. We missed our train due to traffic and Rail Ninja completely abandoned us. Rethink using this company
