Refund was granted quickly
At first, the item I ordered was going to be delayed in shipping, and then it was out of stock. Rosegal sent me emails to update me on this. At first, the choices given to me were to wait until it came back into stock, or to choose another item to purchase. I asked for a refund on my Paypal account and it was refunded within the week. I cannot comment on the quality of merchandise, but I thought that the service was good and worth going back and checking out the products again.
