Takes forever if you are trying to get prescription glasses
Sent my prescription form the day of making my order and even after 2 weeks the lenses were still processing. I talked to one of the customer service staff 3 days ago, telling me that the glasses will be shipped after 24-72h. However i received an email, on the same day, asking for my prescription again, even though i have already sent it. Messaged another staff today who told me that my lenses have not even been made yet and would get back to me later on. So i have no clue what is going on and when i will be receiving the glasses.
