Missold Standard Plan
I have always done that "standard" audible plan when it went on offer. The last time I did this, they revoked the books when I cancelled. It is under the FAQ but I have been a member on and off for many years so it is clearly missable. Support of no help and refused to allow me to raise a complaint (is that legal?). Standard plan you are now RENTING a SINGLE BOOK per month (plus the plus catalogue which I don't use as it isn't great). Horrendous and I will not be using audible again.
