terrible
I bought a pair of lenses and was OVERCHARGED. when messaged I was treated like a child. I ended up in my overdraft due to no fault of my own and had a huge fine to pay which I was stressed over and struggled a lot to pay off (why on earth should I have to pay for it when it wasnt even because of me? how outrageous is that?!?!?) . the company brushed it off by saying the prices are to be 'updated' yeah, as if! (the prices are the exact same now as they were when i purchased so have fun being OVERCHARGED! ^-^).They also accused my bank for taking the money so I even had to check that but noooo all the money went straight to this rude company. People struggle to get money anyway let alone then having this company thinking its completely okay to just take extra cash and then make excuses thinking i'm dumb enough to fall for it. I'm not two. Dont treat me like a two year old and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! edit:they also keep claiming i only paid 35p extra which is not the truth
