I was having problems signing up for the Subscribe & Save option for several items and the system would only let me subscribe to one item, for some reason. Very frustrating when busy and in a hurry! (Grrr... computer technology!) Kristine took care of the problem promptly and without hesitation. Now, I'm looking forward to my products to arrive on a scheduled date, before I run out.
