This review is about communication only. After an initial email from Himiway confirming a color choice and mentioning they would arrange a C5 shipment from their German warehouse, I sent 3 polite follow-up emails to clarify whether anything would actually proceed and what the next steps were. I received no response. Delays or changes can happen, but basic communication matters. Stating a bike would be “on its way soon” and then going silent feels unprofessional and doesn’t inspire confidence.
