Completely ripped off by a seller
I ordered 2 metal saxophone mouthpieces (alto and tenor) and received a ukulele strap! This was from seller 'cuangqianch3' so avoid like a plague! When I tried to contact seller through the messenger on the DHGATE site, I got no reply. When I tried to get a refund on the DHGATE app it required an upload of photos to support your refund claim, the app malfunctions at this point and just buffers, so you don't get anywhere.... but feeling ripped off, and frustrated. Some sellers are really honest, but the odd ones that are dishonest reflect a bad tone. DHGate need to make the complaints process obtainable. Post review: DHgate contacted me below, and a few weeks later, I am being refunded with a full refund. For this reason I have improved from one star (initially) to four star. I have used DHgate a lot, and it has been a good sale site the majority of the time.
