I have bought many components of my off-grid solar set-up from Renogy & been consistently pleased with their prices, quality & prompt delivery. This morning I realised I had ordered the wrong inverter last night, & when I called to see if I could head off the despatch, I was more than impressed with their customer service. Leona was professional & efficient & friendly. She solved my problem in no time at all & the amended order was sent a short time later, causing me no delay at all.
