Allan provided me excellent customer…
Allan provided me excellent customer service! I used the chat service to ask a question and Allan said he would need to consult the team. Not even one hour later I received an email from Allan with a positive response to my request of coordinating the delivery of two separate orders I made. Customer service these days often leaves something to be desired, but Allan proved that is not always the case. Great work, Allan, and thanks!!
