Emailed them that we would be in between banks on the date of renewal of my health insurance and asked for advice. They never answered. Three emails later (from my side), they answered they would check. Never answered again. After more emails from my side, they told me three weeks after the renewal date that I had to start my health insurance from scratch. All benefits were lost. Brokerfish is to avoid at all costs....
