This is a well-crafted scam. The first order was "lost in shipping." The replacement order was initiated by them on July 6. As of July 28 there is still no update. I've requested a refund. It's worth noting that I placed the original order in May... so I was patient as they jerked me around with apologies for 2 months before I finally got a refund. If they really want to apologize, they'll send the shirt free.
