I would give thryve less than zero if it existed. Shady business practices at best. They old yellow pages would review your contract every year and try to renew suited on your business needs, Thryve will auto renew for a longer time period than the "book" is good for. The book is now a two year book so they charge the customers the same or more and do halve the work. The customer service employees are well rehearsed to deal with irate customers since they probably get hundreds of complaints every day, I don't know how they lookin the mirror at night knowing that they sold they souls out of being decent human being for the pittance that Thyve pays them. Very unethical company and would advise everyone to stay away. Not to mention the "book" they sell isn't thick enough to create a roll of toilet paper with .....
