So Happy... at first
I booked flights to New Zealand with HOP2 and was so happy at first. Due to circumstances beyond hop2's control my Feb 14 flight had to be re-booked. They told me they could get me on a Feb 25 flight. 8 days later I am still waiting for confirmation. They keep giving me the run-around saying that they are waiting on the airline due to a "booking class" that could cause issue. We spoke to Air New Zealand and they said that is not a valid issue. On their Online chat I keep getting scripted answers and empty promises. When I call I get put on hold for hrs and get no response. Then they e-mail saying they tried to call and were unsuccessful, as I am on hold with them. Then they came back and said they could not get me on the Promised Feb 25 flight and put me on a Feb 28 flight. Save yourself the headache, choose another booking agency.
