Shame you can’t leave 0 stars! AVOID AVOID AVOID. This company is a scam! Order something in plenty of time for Xmas. Hadn’t heard anything from them when I should have technically received the product. VERY long story short (13+ emails mostly 1 sided (me)) the product went “missing” in production, don’t know how long it will take (quoted 5-7 days) can’t give any further updates just wait…… I don’t think so! Boggles me how they have refunded me on an order “in production” that is a bespoke photo engraving - I 100% believe it was never in production. Terrible customer service, very rude emails if I was lucky to receive one.
