Solid performance, responsive support, and honest troubleshooting
I purchased the EC-7351Pro enclosure and initially experienced slower-than-expected write speeds, which raised some concerns. I reached out to ACASIS support, and their response was prompt and structured, providing clear troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. After running proper tests (including CrystalDiskMark) on two different systems, it turned out that the enclosure and SSD were performing exactly as expected. The limitation was actually caused by one of my systems’ USB controllers, not the product itself. On a fully compatible machine, I achieved near full SATA SSD speeds (~570 MB/s read / ~530 MB/s write), which is in line with expectations.
