I have bought the Mars Hydro FC-E 3000 with 100x100x180cm Grow Tent Kit, and the fan controller appeared to be defective. When reaching out to customer service by email, they promptly responded to every email I have sent, and they have helped as best as they can to replace the fan controller as quickly as possible. Besides, I am very happy with the rest of all the products. The tent and the lights are of high quality and the lights are easily operatable, especially using the Mars Hydro app. I have ordered even more products via Mars Hydro, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
