Returning dresses.
My issue was about sending some dresses back as they did not fit and one had part of it detached. I showed pictures of the issue and I was given brilliant customer service throughout. In the end I was able to keep the dresses with a refund and 10% off coupon for next time. The person who dealt with my issue was lovely and went above and beyond to help. Now my issue has been closed I am happy with everything and I do not have any further issues. Dresslily has been a great help, I did not expect to keep the dresses in the end. I've bought a few dresses from Dresslily and i've had no previous issues before and im happy to continue shopping on Dresslily.
