I made my first order... received the wrong thing
I made my first order with this company, principally as the prices seemed to be very commercial. I was looking at buying Persol sunglasses and ordered the pair I wanted. The glasses arrived within 4 days of ordering. Sent from Hong Kong to my home in Singapore. My order arrived, I opened the box and got a big disappointment. What I received was not what I ordered. For starters what was in the box weren't even sunglasses! That seems like a fairly serious error to make... To be fair my biggest concern, given the low prices, was that the products might not be genuine. I believe what I received was genuine. I'm now waiting for a response from their customer service about this matter. For now I'm left with something I didn't order and wondering when, or if, I will get my sunglasses.
