The return policy is terrible
The return policy is terrible. I paid $65.79 for shoes that I returned but only got a $33.80 refund. This was because of postage (both ways). Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have purchased the shoes. After the company replied - they agreed to refund the original shipping cost (which is customary), I have changed my rating. I appreciate their effort for customer satisfaction.
