Papa

I would give a minus 10 if I possibly…

I would give a minus 10 if I possibly could for the review. I signed up for eternal health last year and renewed for 2026. I was given 60 hours of Papa pal Assistance in 2025 and when I called in Dec to make all the appointments at least 30% of those appointments were canceled with absolutely no recourse. They failed in providing the hours as promised. I asked if they could roll them over into 2026 and they said it would take 30 days to review and they never got back to me. Really? - it takes 30 days to review a question but can send a rocket to the moon quicker than that which is much more complicated than the question I posed. This year I started using Papa pals earlier right away in 2026 and suddenly after 34 hours of pal Assistance they shut me down. They said that they would honor one more visit, which was scheduled for three hours, but that my hours had run out after 30 hours this year. The day before the next visit they canceled and they said that I have exceeded my hours of requested assistance in disregarded the promise that was made to me to honor the appointment that was already made. That was in March 2026. Today on June 16, I received a phone call from Papa telling me that they were reaching out to address my report of dissatisfaction. It was as if I was talking to a parakeet. The person could not answer why it took 90 days to address my concern and when I asked for their supervisor - my request was declined. The staff member who called me from Papa said it’s not their problem that I was provided 50% of Papa Assistance based on what was promised to me in 2025 but not delivered. This step person refused to address my concern that one more visit was promised and then suddenly cancel during the conversation when I was notified that my allotment was 30 hours for 2026 versus the 60 hours in 2025. I told them that they engaged in deceptive practices, non-transparency, fraud, misrepresentation, and failure to let me speak to a higher up to escalate the phone call that took 90 days to arrive. The person that called me was probably given a script and just kept repeating the script every time I opened my mouth until I just had to hang up the phone. Basically, they lied to me at the time that they disclosed for the first time that my limit was 30 hours after using 34 hours and assuring me that the appointment that was already made would be honored, which was not true because the day before that last appointment I received a phone call telling me that it would not be honored. Additionally, they have a policy that when a Pal gets assigned to a task they are not allowed to provide their phone number. The last Pal that was at my house was asked to use my label maker and I’ve never seen it again. I explained that on the phone call today. I asked for a conference call with the last pal who was at my house. The Pal staff started asking me who the person was from 90 days ago! I told them they have it in their records and to deal with it and tell me where my label maker is located. The parakeet on the phone just kept saying that they’re not responsible for limiting my hours to 30 hours and did not address the fact that more than 20 hours were missing from 2025 that they were not able to honor because of cancellations that came in. Their attempted conflict resolution is a failure….
