I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the so called ' lawn strimmer multi tool' it's the biggest load of trash imaginable. I purchased through Klarna who have supported me through out but nothing . I have sent emails - no response. The product is cheap plastic , not fit for purpose and totally ineffective. The company are not interested customer service none existent and to me have the markings of a scam company. Anyone reading this -pay extra and use a reputable company !!!
