I have used audible for years…
I have used audible for years, and only recently realized that books I purchased years ago are missing! I called to complain and they want evidence, only to learn the app is 3rd party and provides no usable information…you have to buy directly from website to verify old purchases. I lost 8 credits and a $7.99 purchase…credits are $13+ Loved the app until they couldn’t knowledge I didn’t start the series on book 10.
