My order never arrived
My order never arrived , I emailed them and got a reply saying it’s still in the “time to come window “ . It’s now 2 months later and they will not respond whatsoever to my emails asking for a refund . Avoid this company is my advice ! This next bit I’ve added on June 23rd because it would seem the only way this company actually responds to you Is if you leave a bad review on here . They replied asking me to contact customer service which I’ve done approximately 15 times in the last month so once again I’ve emailed - no reply . You cannot speak to anyone on the phone it’s just automated. For gods sake just refund my money !!! What’s the matter with you people . Do not reply to me asking me to contact you . I’ve spent weeks and weeks contacting you . Just refund my money will you order number is ; FLOW181402
