The product is advertised with a 30-day trial and money-back guarantee. After just 5 minutes of testing at home, the fan was far too loud for me; it didn't provide a cinematic experience at all, simply annoying. I emailed twice requesting the return address, which they refused to provide. Then I tried using the address on the DHL label. I only received a response after opening a PayPal dispute. After that, they acknowledged receipt of the return but accused me of damaging the projector. They only want to refund 30%. The seller is completely unprofessional.
