Shane was the rep that helped me with changing over from Comcast / Infinity to Direct/Hughes . We were moving and I had a lot going on Shan was so helpful. He answered any and all questions I had ,very efficient and knowledgable about the services his company sold. Shane made the process go very smooth and fast..This was quit nice since a week before I spoke with a rep from Direct Tv and she actually screamed at me over the phone.
